All products on our website marked as ORG are certified organic and under the control of the competent Dutch supervisory authority SKAL. Products without this mark are regular products and not organic.

If you place an order before 5 pm on a working day, we will ship the package the same day. This means that your order will usually be delivered the next working day.

It is possible that our carriers are very busy or are experiencing problems. This can mean that your order will be delivered later.
If the product is not in stock you will be contacted and an alternative delivery date will be agreed upon.
You will receive a Track and Trace code in your mailbox as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. With this code, you can see where your parcel is and what time the deliverer will be at your door. You can also arrange an alternative delivery time.
For bulk orders, a delivery date will be agreed upon together.

When the product you received is broken or damaged upon arrival, you can send it back to us. The total purchase price will then be refunded. Click here for more information about returns.
