
How to make healthy fluffy pancakes
This recipy will teach you quickly how to create very tastefull, healthy, but above all, fluffy pancakes!
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of oatmeal, gluten-free oat flour or buckwheat flour
- 200ml (almond) milk
- 2 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- Butter for frying
Toppings:
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Agave or Ahorn syrup
Required utensils:
- 2 Mixing bowls
- Sieve
- Food processor with mixer
- Pancake pan
Method of preparation:
- Sieve the flour above one of the mixing bowls and add the baking powder and the (almond) milk.
- Separate the eggs: put the yolks into the bowl with the flour, the egg whites into the other bowl.
- Beat the egg yolks, the milk and the flour mix to a batter.
- Whisk the egg whites in the other bowl, using a food processor or hand mixer, until it's stiff and fluffy.
- Add the (now fluffy) egg whites to the batter little by little until it's all mixed.
- Heat the butter in the frying pan and turn the heat halfway up.
- Bake your fluffy pancakes slowly until brown and then spoon them on a plate.
- You can now add the syrup and fruit to the pancakes
(try being creative yourself).
