
A simple, sweet, dental- and bloodsugar friendly smoothie
Ingredients for 2 glasses
- 2 bananas
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup yoghurt (lean)
- 1/4 tl.
- 2-3 crushed ice cubes
Preparation method
- Cut the banana into cubes and put them together with the other ingredients in the mixer.
- Mix until you get a creamy drink.
- Pour the lemonade into glasses filled with ice cubes, and decorate the rim of each glass with a lemon slice.
- Then serve it.
