I ordered a 10 kg bag of coconut chips, half-roasted.
These taste delicious and are of great quality.
I can only compare them to another product I have consumed. I found that they lacked a bit in flavor intensity and crunchiness/freshness.
However, I'm not sure if this is due to them being half-roasted or if some air might have gotten in.
