If you have a complaint about a product you have received or about our service, please let us know by sending us a message via our Contact Form. Of course, we are also available for your remarks by telephone.  

You can reach us on weekdays from 8.30 to 17.30 at +31 541- 74 6030.

We kindly ask you to contact us within 3 working days after delivery should you are not satisfied with our performance.


Returning a product

Do you want to return one or several products? Please read our General Terms and Conditions first to find out whether your complaint qualifies for a  return consignment. 

In general, return consignments are possible within 14 days after delivery. The products should be unopened and in their original packaging.
