This garlic herb mix is delicious for seasoning chicken fillet, salmon, but also for making your own herb butter. Add some garlic herbs to unsalted butter to taste and leave to soak in.

Allicin is thought to inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi, and the sulphurous substance. Garlic has a strong taste, is very dominant and spicy. Fresh garlic has a stronger flavour than dried garlic. It is used in all kinds of dishes, both meat and fish dishes, sauces, salads and marinades.
