E-Commerce and Customer Experience

Hi, I am Tijs and I was 41 when I started working at VehGro in November 2018. I am originally a content specialist with a lot of experience in all kinds of systems and processes. My job is to manage our webshops, to provide the right content, to develop online marketing activities and to improve customer experiences. This suits me well. In addition to my extensive experience with product content, I like to be challenged by "issues" in processes. In practice, if there is a challenge somewhere in the company, there is often a knock at my door to take a look at it. 

 

Internship guidance

I also regularly supervise trainees within the company. About 30% of our colleagues find a job here through a (graduation) internship. Internships are therefore an important source of young potential within our organisation. If you are a student and/or graduate and you are looking for an educational internship where you never have to be afraid to be without tasks, please send me your motivation!

 

Working at VehGro

VehGro is still a relatively small company with a fairly flat organisational structure. Each has its own tasks and contributes equally to VehGro's success. From the director to the production workers. There is a friendly atmosphere between them and I experience it as a very pleasant company to work for. There is room for everyone to develop themselves.
