On a typical workday I'm mainly busy picking orders. Afterwards I process and pack the orders so they are properly prepared for shipment.
I think it's important that orders are packed neatly. I pay close attention to whether products are in good condition before they go into the box.
This is how I contribute in my own way to a smooth process in the warehouse.m
I work in a good and friendly team. People work hard, but there's also room for a joke now and then.
I prefer to collaborate with clear communication. That way everyone knows where they stand and the work stays manageable.
Colleagues can count on me because I stay calm and work neatly.
What I'm proud of is that I'm allowed to do and learn more things within VehGro. That gives me confidence and makes the work varied.
In the coming period I'd like to continue developing. A nice goal is to obtain my forklift certificate.
And personally? I love pirate music and Dutch-language music. Sometimes to the annoyance of my colleagues, but that's part of it.
