Vegetable broth is a completely vegetable-based alternative to beef or chicken broth in various dishes. This broth contains no animal ingredients and is therefore fully vegan. This broth has a salty taste of onion, garlic and pepper. It can be added to vegetarian and vegan marinades, stews and soups. The broth is in powder form and can also serve as an alternative to salt. This product is vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free. However, this product does contain celery and may contain traces of mustard and sesame.

Use

Add a teaspoon (6 g) to 200 ml of boiling water, then stir well.
